Welcome to Chaudhary Brick

Chaudhary Brick is a dedicated and environmentally conscious enterprise specializing in clay brick manufacturing. With a deep commitment to environmental protection, we prioritize improvement in cleaner zig-zag technology and sustainable production practices. Established in 1976, our operations span two states and three districts, with units located in Jewar, Singar, and Palwal. Our mission is to provide high-quality clay products to our valued clients while actively working towards reducing stack emissions when particulate matter, carbon particles, and flue gases pass through a tunnel 200-300 feet long to stack away from ID fans and brick kilns to allow settling of fuel gases, potentially reducing stack emissions more than 50%. We aim to achieve this reduction through innovative approaches such as strategic stack placement, retrofitting older kilns with modern / improved Zig-Zag technology brick kilns, promoting energy-efficient kilns, advocating for stricter regulations, supporting research and development, and fostering awareness within our industry and local communities. SCALE-UP

Regional Expansion

Extend our pollution reduction initiatives to neighboring regions and states with high brick kiln concentrations. Collaborate with local partners and authorities to replicate our successful model.

Technology Standardization

Work towards establishing modern / improve Zig-Zag kilns and other cleaner technologies as the industry standard. Advocate for government incentives and regulations that encourage kiln owners to adopt these technologies nationwide.

Capacity Building

Train a larger workforce of experts and technically capable of implementing technology retrofits and conducting emissions monitoring. This will enable us to scale up your services efficiently.

Approach

Invest in advanced monitoring and data analysis tools to track pollution levels and technology adoption across a wider geographic area. Use data insights to target areas with the highest pollution rates for intervention.
